ちょっとしたドジにつき十条・伏見稲荷までチャリでプチ冒険ー。なんか35℃ぐらいあったらしいけど。耳から首から手足もみっちり日焼け止め塗っていたので問題なし。献血もついでにやった。400ml全血とか何年ぶりだよYay!
